EDX Wireless recently had the privilege of attending the UTC 2024 conference in Mobile,
Alabama. This long running event has served as a fantastic gathering point for professionals in
the utilities and telecommunications sectors. 2024 was no exception, with the exhibit hall
opening to a Mardi Gras marching band circling the hall to welcome everyone.
EDX has been a longstanding member of UTC, and the event continues to be a great opportunity
to connect with industry peers, discuss the latest advancements in the industry, and showcase the
innovations we have been working on at EDX Wireless.
Highlights from UTC 2024:
Focus on 4G/Private LTE: With a conference track focused on 4G and Private LTE, this
perfectly aligned with our current focus on tools Utilities need to take advantage of PLTE
networks.
Connecting with Existing Partners: UTC 2024 provided a great in-person platform to
strengthen relationships with our existing partners in attendance.
Meeting New Connections: One of the most exciting aspects of the event was the chance to
meet and network with new faces and attendees. We appreciate everyone who stopped by to see
us and look forward to working with all new partners we met at the show.
Great Technical Sessions: The technical sessions at UTC 2024 continue to be a highlight. The
in-depth presentations on emerging technologies and industry best practices allow us to better
serve the needs of the industry.
Overall, UTC 2024 in Mobile, Alabama, was a resounding success for EDX Wireless. We left
the conference excited and optimistic about the future and are excited to leverage the knowledge
