NEW FEATURES / ENHANCEMENTS / UPDATES
- Help Appendix: Launch of Knowledge Owl – The Help menu has been launched within Knowledge Owl with a new look and feel. This application is an interactive help for users, that will launch when help is called from within Signal/SignalPro. *Please note this is still a work in progress
- Installer “read me” – The installer will now contain a new read-me file. Containing information on fixes, features, amendments, edits, pre-requisites and end of life support. This will be found in the install directory
BUG FIXES / OTHER
- Error using polygon BNA file in demographic study- This was fixed by changing the quotes from single to double quotes within the file
- Error when running UL study using GOR (Grid Optimized Radials)- Resolved, the UL study no longer causes an error
- PtP link fails on Propagation Models other than free-space/Anderson- It was noted that the PtP links were failing on propagation models that did not consider obstacles. The issue has been resolved, all propagation models are now working with PtP links
- Best Server SHP output not read in QGIS – The SHP file is exportable and attributes readable in ArcGIS and QGIS
- LTE CQI Regions Downlink calculation error- It was seen that on the first sector of the last site created there was an error in the calculation, however it was found the calculation was correct. But an incorrect parameter for received power was selected
- Sector Id field no longer being auto generated if not included in CSV import – Working as designed. If the parent ID is manually entered, then the child sector will not be auto generated. If parent is auto generated then child will also be auto generated
- LTE Uplink studies not working correctly for TDD- This issue has been fixed, the studies are working correctly for TDD
- Unhandled exception in spreadsheet-style dialog boxes – Fixed. Empty rows can be deleted
- Two issues with Site Receive Parameter settings- The first issue seen was when setting “same as TX ” the RX was not set to match the TX as desired, this is now corrected. Second issue, overriding RX noise level and figure was still allowing manual edits, this is now fixed
- Misspelling in the Latency Report dialog in Mega mesh- Fixed

- 2D Ray Tracing – Introducing a new & improved 2D Ray tracing in this release. Users are able to view & analyze delay spreads and live rays in the studies.
